Dispatcher (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility includes the following activities

• Ensuring permanent availability of goods and material supply for our manufacturing departments
• Carrying out the planning, possibly researching alternatives (for materials, suppliers, etc.)
• Independent order processing and management
• Maintaining article master data
• Communication with specialist departments and suppliers (orders, drawing documents, technical documents)
• Preparation of forecasts for suppliers and specialist departments
• Monitoring delivery dates and, in case of delay in delivery, consultation with suppliers and initiation of appropriate measures
• Support for customer planning and other specialist departments
• Follow-up complaints about delivery dates
• If necessary, support from the purchasing department
  • Placing orders via our ERP system
  • Create and maintain supplier and article master data
  • Edit, check and maintain order confirmations
  • Documentation of order processes and storage of associated documents

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• First professional experience in dispatch/ purchasing
• Experienced use of the MS Office package
• ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent and structured way of working
