Mechanical Manufacturing Foreman (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility includes the following activities

• Control, monitor and ensure the smooth production process
• Determine equipment requirements
• Deploy and guide employees
• Ensuring punctuality and quality requirements
• Performing organizational tasks (parts picking, printing orders, etc.)
• Programming support for series and individual production
• Support in part production in series and individual production
• Interface management: This includes coordination with the various departments to optimize the manufacturing process
• Participation in the organization and optimization of production, including redesigning work systems/ maintenance and repair of tools and machines
• Guidance for trainees
• Personnel planning including vacation and shift schedule
• Involvement in planning machine occupancy

Your profile

• Commercial-technical vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic or cutting machine operator) with further training as an industrial metal master or industrial technician (mechanical engineering)
• Several years of professional experience
• Instructor certificate is an advantage
• Distinctive technical expertise
• Good CAD/CAM and MS Office Skills
• High level of initiative
• Resilience

• Very good teamwork and communication skills
