Production assistant (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility includes the following activities

• Gluing technology: ensure careful pre and post-treatment of the adhesive surfaces in accordance with instructions and the A3 adhesives are carried out professionally and in accordance with standards under the supervision of an adhesive practitioner
• Pre-assembly/ Assembly: Parts, assemblies, components must be assembled mechanically and/or electrically and/or manually and/or using tools, devices, assembly equipment
• Technical drawings and circuit diagrams serve as specifications for carrying out the assembly yourself
• Different manufacturing materials, such as metal, plastic or glass, must be processed
• Assembly includes riveting, drilling, screwing, insulating, pressing, cable assembly/cabling and crimping
• Report deviations from technical documentation
• Packaging of finished products according to specifications
• Worker self-inspection according to specifications
• Use in the respective other production departments when required and suitable
• carrying out activities in one of the manufacturing departments (adhesive technology/(pre-) assembly)
