LED central panel modular system

Reference project: ET 430

The illuminated aluminium central panel system with integrated emergency lighting is divided into several modules with differing lengths and equipment options. The basic module forms an air duct with the body shell. A middle section with LED spots is complemented by LED strip lights down the sides with plastic covers. The frames of the inherently stable modules are bonded and riveted and can be opened for maintenance purposes. Diverse SBF LED power supplies can be integrated in the system. This means it is compatible with all standard train input voltages.

LED plastic ceiling system

Reference project: Tram Tango for Basel and Geneva

The ceiling system comprises thermoformed plastic profiles with bonded light alloy frames for reinforcement and mounting in the railcar body shell. The light sections are produced by masking the base material with paint or foils. The system can be tailored to customers' requirements in terms of shape, colour and size, which means the LEDs within the system can follow almost any contours and courses. The SBF LED power supplies they require can be combined, making the system compatible with all standard train input voltages.

Aluminium ceiling system

Reference project: Munich tram

The ceiling system has been designed to form an air inlet and outlet duct in conjunction with the railcar body shell. The lining panels are perforated to ensure the appropriate flow of air. Integration of PIS and cameras is being considered. The aluminium support system is screwed to the railcar body shell. The lining parts attach to a bonded grid profile in the support system and are also screwed in. The lighting is designed as a twin-lamp lighting strip. The arrangement of the lamps effectively prevents dark areas. The cover consists of an extruded polycarbonate profile in several colours. Various power supplies can be integrated into the system. This makes the system compatible with all standard train input voltages.

Composite ceiling system

Reference project: RHB

The ceiling system has been designed to form an air inlet and outlet duct in conjunction with the railcar body shell. The lateral lining panels are made from aluminium sheet, and the central panels from a 6-mm aluminium Recore composite panel. The aluminium air ducts are screwed to the railcar body shell and also act as a mounting plate for the ceiling lining. The air ducts and the connection to the railcar body are separated by thermal insulation. Illumination is provided by a double lighting strip with additional spotlights in the side panels. The cover for the main lighting consists of a painted polycarbonate extrusion profile. Various power supplies can be integrated into the system. This means it is compatible with all standard train input voltages.
